inspired by an article on Roger Federer, here's the entire quote:

if I ruled the NBA

all the current activities for the Saturday of All-Star Weekend would be cancelled, and instead I'd set up a "Most Exciting Players" game, 8 players from each conference, no more than one player from a team, half a million dollars to each of the eight winners, nothing to the losers. eligibility rules: you can never have made an All-Star team, young, freaky athletes preferred. I may be forgetting some people, but a sample roster for this year would be along these lines:

East: : Jose Calderon, Rajon Rondo, Josh Smith, Hedo Turkoglu, Andre Iguodala, Danny Granger, Gerald Wallace, David Lee

West: Monta Ellis, Rudy Gay, Travis Outlaw, Andrew Bynum, Al Jefferson, Leandro Barbosa, Tyson Chandler, Kevin Martin

five man team from that I'd most like to see: Ellis (my current favorite player), Barbosa, Gay, Chandler and Bynum.
